Every Rust server list

26 lists · bars on one √ span, 0–2,000°

Each list below groups servers by one rule: play style, group size, gather rate or region. Every card shows how many servers the list holds right now and its three busiest, ordered by live player count. Counts come from Steam's public server list and refresh every five minutes. Open any list for the full ranking, or use the full server browser to filter by region, type, group limit and wipe schedule together.

Style first, then pace, then place. The style lists cover PvE, vanilla, modded, official, beginners, build, aim training, roleplay, primitive, community, zombie, battlefield, creative and tutorial servers. The gather rate lists run from 1.5x through 2x, 3x, 5x, 10x and 10x-plus. The region lists are EU, US and AU. Group size lists cover solo, duo and trio. Each is built from what servers publish in their names, tags or settings, so a server appears wherever its own details match the rule.

A list's three busiest servers change with the clock: an evening in Australia is late morning in the UK, so the top of the AU list rarely matches the top of the EU list at the same moment. If you want the crowd, open the list at the hour you play. If you want quiet, the same list shows which servers are cold. The live player count gives the server-wide total, servers just wiped shows fresh starts, and the wipe schedule shows what is coming. Rankings use live counts only; no one pays for a position. If a placement is ever sold it will be marked as sponsored.

Questions

Q01How are the three busiest servers on each list chosen?

They are the three servers on that list with the highest current player count at the last refresh. The figure updates every five minutes, so the top three can change through the day. No votes or payments affect the order.

Q02What do the server counts on each card mean?

The count is the number of public Rust servers that match the list's rule at the time the page is shown. A server can appear on more than one list if its name, tags or settings fit more than one rule. The count refreshes with the rest of the data.

Q03Why does a server appear on several lists?

Lists are built from published details, and one server can carry several at once. A 2x EU server with a trio limit fits the 2x, EU and trio lists. Each list is a separate view of the same live data.

Q04Should I join the busiest server on a list?

That depends on what you want. A high population means more players to meet or avoid. Check the wipe timer and group limit on the server page before you join. A server near the start of its wipe often plays differently from one that has been up for a week.
